Growing up in a rural area certainly has its perks, especially when my passion is for the wonderful creatures that I live around, as well as the ones that share space with me as pets or livestock.

I feel fortunate to have been raised in Scotch Hollow, Clearfield County, where, since a child, I have had an interested for all living animals. Horses were always roaming my family's pasture and were regularly visited by wild turkeys, ducks, and other feathered friends. Maybe they were coming to visit their chicken friends that we kept in a coop out back. I'd always liked to think they cam eto give our donkey some company because the horses never seemed to want to have anythin to do with him. Of course, dogs and cats were always in the yard, on the porch, or passing through the kitchen in hopes Mom or Dad would drop the tiniest of kibble, which they gladly gobbled down.

As I got older, my love for animals only grew stronger as I explored the keeping and care of lots of different species. It wasn't just a hobby to me. It was a passion. From the cute and cuddly-such as Guinea pigs, chinchillas, and rabbits-to the misunderstood creatures that strike fear in the hearts of many like snakes, bearded dragons, savannah monitors, and the dreaded 8-legged tarantula, I was fascinated with what life created.

The love of animals took me deeper into their world when I began training canines to become service animals. It was then I started to feel an unconscious connection with these wonderful dogs, which pushed the fascination into a career. For eight years, I became one with these special dogs, training them to help people with disabilities.

My love for the animal kingdom has now led me to this wonderful opportunity through Rover. With this platform, I'm hoping to network in the surrounding communities with pet owners who want that extra special touch while your animals are in my care.

Whether I am caring for your pet in my home while you are away on vacation, or I'm stopping by your place to feed Spot while you are working, my focus is the comfort of your animals. I also offer training services to include obedience, manners, socializing, aggression, and more. My experience allows me the opportunity to work with you and your pets to customize a specific plan to meet your needs.

I am available day and night. I have a flexible schedule. There is no job too big or too small. From crating your animal to scheduled walks, feeding, potty breaks, baths, nail trims, and other creature comforts, when in my care your pet will become part of my family.

My home allows for spacious areas for your pets to explore. There is a fenced in enclosure and fields for your animals to run and play. They will get tons of love, cuddles, and affection. Lots of potty breaks and they can enjoy the company of Daisy. She is a friendly, spayed Rottweiler and she is kept in check by our cat Muffin. Both are pet friendly, and are looking forward to meeting and making new friends.

I am looking forward to meeting the many pets and companions of my friends, family, fellow pet owners, and members of the local community seeking a trusted and compassionate dog trainer/caretaker. Your animals will be safe and stress-free with me, allowing you peace of mind no matter what your situation may be.
